## Title: Business Development Executive – Premium Banking

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. As a Business Development Executive (Premium Banking Officer), you will identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and establish strong relationships with high-value clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our premium banking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the premium banking segment
  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-value clients to drive account acquisition and retention
  • Implement strategies to acquire and retain premium accounts while maximizing client lifetime value
  • Conduct account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
  • Achieve and exceed set account growth targets and sales objectives
  • Collaborate actively with internal teams to align product and service offerings with client needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in new business development and lead generation
  • Demonstrated expertise in business strategy formulation and execution
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding business goals and sales targets
  • Professional experience in account management for premium or high-net-worth clientele
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred
