About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. As a Business Development Executive (Premium Banking Officer), you will identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and establish strong relationships with high-value clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our premium banking portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the premium banking segment
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-value clients to drive account acquisition and retention
- Implement strategies to acquire and retain premium accounts while maximizing client lifetime value
- Conduct account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
- Achieve and exceed set account growth targets and sales objectives
- Collaborate actively with internal teams to align product and service offerings with client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in new business development and lead generation
- Demonstrated expertise in business strategy formulation and execution
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding business goals and sales targets
- Professional experience in account management for premium or high-net-worth clientele
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred
