About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our expanding team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our consulting and professional services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in target markets
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with consulting teams to align service offerings with client needs
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine strategy
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport at CXO and senior levels
- Familiarity with proposal writing and consultative sales methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
