## Title: Business Development Executive – Industrial Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial and B2B sales, particularly within the plastics and packaging industry, and a proven ability to manage client relationships across FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and achieving measurable results.

Ota, Ogun, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of PET Preforms, HDPE, LDPE, and PE Caps within target markets
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong business relationships with corporate clients and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and grow market share
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in industrial sales, preferably within the plastics, packaging, or FMCG sector
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation

Total Monthly Package: ₦200,000

  • Fixed Salary: ₦100,000
  • Performance Incentive: ₦100,000
