Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial and B2B sales, particularly within the plastics and packaging industry, and a proven ability to manage client relationships across FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and achieving measurable results.

Ota, Ogun, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of PET Preforms, HDPE, LDPE, and PE Caps within target markets
- Build, maintain, and expand strong business relationships with corporate clients and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and grow market share
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years' experience in industrial sales, preferably within the plastics, packaging, or FMCG sector
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation
Total Monthly Package: ₦200,000
- Fixed Salary: ₦100,000
- Performance Incentive: ₦100,000
