Our client, a reputable player in the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) space, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support market expansion and revenue growth. If you’re passionate about healthcare sales, thrive on building relationships, and know how to convert opportunities into impact — this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across corporate and retail segments
  • Promote and sell health insurance plans to individuals, SMEs, and large organizations
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to drive retention and renewals
  • Support sales presentations, proposals, and customized health plan offerings
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 3–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (HMO/Healthcare experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of the Nigerian health insurance/HMO landscape
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and a strong team player
