Business Development Executive at SellyFak Energy

About the Role

SellyFak Energy is recruiting a Business Development Executive to drive growth and achieve corporate business and sales targets. This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria and involves managing commercial activities, tender coordination, and market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that corporate business and sales targets are achieved
• Implement Business Development and Commercial Process Procedures
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Conduct proactive marketing and consolidation of existing clients
• Identify and reach out to job adverts and relevant prospects
• Coordinate all tendering and bidding activities, ensuring timely submission of bids
• Obtain and maintain updated information on all submitted pre-qualifications and tenders
• Maintain comprehensive schedules of jobs bid, pre-qualified prospects, and related documentation
• Participate in site inspection visits, pre-bid/tender clarification meetings, and submit reports to management
• Ensure pre-qualification documents and bids are complete and comply with submission requirements as defined in the Invitation for Tender (ITT)
• Prepare, package, and submit tenders and pre-qualification documents (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender, and commercial tender)
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies
• Open up new market opportunities for the company
• Drive client acquisition and retention initiatives
• Provide monthly updates to Management on business prospects
• Update Management on the status of submitted tenders and bids within one month of submission
• Arrange business meetings and technical presentations with prospective clients
• Ensure all activities comply with company HSE Policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
