## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience across all stages of the sales cycle, with strong capabilities in building new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are achieved
  • Analyze market dynamics and establish competitive advantages
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets
  • Lead marketing team efforts
  • Drive new business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the sales industry
  • Proven experience across the full sales cycle, including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian media market
  • Knowledge of the global media and PR agency market
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Good marketing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM experience
