About the Role
We are seeking a smart, passionate, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market penetration. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is excited about technology, understands customer needs, and is committed to delivering real value in the digital financial services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agents, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute innovative sales and business development strategies tailored to target markets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Present solutions to prospective clients and manage end-to-end conversion processes
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product offerings, customer experience, and service delivery
- Prepare sales reports, performance updates, proposals, and business presentations for management
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and community engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to meet targets, manage client expectations, and deliver quality results
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi, Edo State
