## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to drive business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance patronage from existing customers
  • Address and resolve field objections, inquiries, and customer concerns promptly
  • Identify and convert potential customers into active clients while reactivating dormant accounts
  • Conduct regular sales visits, maintain consistent communication, and manage relevant correspondence with clients
  • Achieve assigned debt collection targets and ensure proper documentation for all collections
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of all issues

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of post-NYSC relevant experience
  • Age: 28-35 years
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive
  • Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Track record of excellence in sales, business development, and customer service
