About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to drive business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance patronage from existing customers
- Address and resolve field objections, inquiries, and customer concerns promptly
- Identify and convert potential customers into active clients while reactivating dormant accounts
- Conduct regular sales visits, maintain consistent communication, and manage relevant correspondence with clients
- Achieve assigned debt collection targets and ensure proper documentation for all collections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of all issues
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Minimum of 4-7 years of post-NYSC relevant experience
- Age: 28-35 years
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive
- Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Track record of excellence in sales, business development, and customer service

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and computer skills
