Business Development Executive at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a healthy credit portfolio within assigned Area and champion recovery efforts for non-performing credit facilities
• Review performance of accounts opened, loan disbursement, collection of due obligations, and enforce stringent controls to prevent Past Due Obligations (PDO)
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity status and performance reports for the Head of Business, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, and relevant departments
• Ensure timely review and approval of credit requests in accordance with the organization's Credit Policy
• Formulate business strategies to attract profitable businesses and participate in periodic group marketing activities within the assigned coverage area
• Identify customer and market needs and proactively provide products and services to meet these needs
• Initiate and participate in area meetings as required; regularly monitor and evaluate Area performance
• Maintain existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities; intervene to resolve sensitive or complex relationship issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor the quality of existing credit relationships on a continuous basis
• Oversee and supervise relationship management of high net worth accounts
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Minimum of First Degree or HND qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in the Microfinance Bank (MFB) industry

Required Skills

• Ability to identify control techniques to mitigate organizational, supervisory, and business process risks
• Above average IT proficiency (strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Credit Analysis and Appraisal skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Microfinance industry experience
• Knowledge of Banking Operations, Policies, and Procedures
• Knowledge of Banking services and products
