## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

Integrated Systems & Devices Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence. This role offers the opportunity to build and develop the business into a self-sustaining, profitable venture while working in the electronic and extra low voltage security sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Source new clients and encourage existing clients to purchase additional offerings
  • Conduct market research and surveys to understand business dynamics, emerging technologies, and sector opportunities
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate markets and improve sales performance
  • Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
  • Plan, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives to establish and maintain strong brand presence
  • Stay informed of industry trends in the electronic and extra low voltage security sector and provide relevant insights for business decisions
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Represent the company in client meetings
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop proposals by identifying client needs and collaborating with the project implementation team to generate estimates
  • Prepare introductory letters and proposals tailored to client needs and expectations
  • Manage relationships with inactive clients to re-engage and retain business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Sales, or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development
  • Good understanding of electronic security technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Basic business knowledge
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Proven technology solutions sales experience
