About the Role
Integrated Systems & Devices Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence. This role offers the opportunity to build and develop the business into a self-sustaining, profitable venture while working in the electronic and extra low voltage security sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business plans aligned with organizational goals
- Source new clients and encourage existing clients to purchase additional offerings
- Conduct market research and surveys to understand business dynamics, emerging technologies, and sector opportunities
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate markets and improve sales performance
- Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
- Plan, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives to establish and maintain strong brand presence
- Stay informed of industry trends in the electronic and extra low voltage security sector and provide relevant insights for business decisions
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Represent the company in client meetings
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop proposals by identifying client needs and collaborating with the project implementation team to generate estimates
- Prepare introductory letters and proposals tailored to client needs and expectations
- Manage relationships with inactive clients to re-engage and retain business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Sales, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development
- Good understanding of electronic security technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Basic business knowledge
- Tact and diplomacy
- Proven technology solutions sales experience
