Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads and new business opportunities across the group's real estate developments, REIT funds, and investment products
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual business development and sales targets
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and institutional partners
• Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and investment pitches to convert leads into clients
• Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key industry stakeholders to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies for effective lead generation
• Prepare detailed proposals, financial models, and sales contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company policies
• Negotiate terms and close deals, navigating complex sales cycles in the real estate and financial investment sectors
• Maintain expert knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes within real estate, REITs, and banking
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements
