About the Role
- Sygnite is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Lagos. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, partnerships, and growth within the energy or renewable sector.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Represent Sygnite at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Experience in renewable energy or the power/energy sector is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
- Must be based in Lagos and available to resume immediately
