## Title: Business Development and Partnerships Manager
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Business Development and Partnerships Manager.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation of existing partnership projects
- Coordinate the draft of partnership frameworks
- Ensure compliance with approved partnership frameworks
- Monitor deliverables and timelines of partnership projects
- Identify potential partners and their respective business needs
- Propose solutions, services, and products that can be designed for potential clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage customer relationships effectively
- Develop a sizeable portfolio of clients from various sectors of the economy
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services
- Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern raised by clients
- Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development and Partnerships
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry
- Experience working with clients in the public sector and NGOs
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
