## Title: Business Development and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and generate business development and sales opportunities across the company's sectors
  • Expand the company's customer base by 50% through strategic outreach and relationship management
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuous support
  • Conduct market research and analyze marketing metrics to inform strategy
  • Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and sales, ideally within the signage, branding, advertising, construction, or infrastructure sectors

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of signage and the construction industry as it relates to marketing

Sales Expertise

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships
