An established company is recruiting for the following position.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape and the
  • ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to HR decision-makers,
  • CTOs, CIOs, and hiring managers in technology-driven companies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of tech roles
  • As the Business Developer, you must have:
  • Experience selling recruitment-as-a-service (RaaS) or outsourced talent solutions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Existing network within HR or IT decision-making circles is a plus.
