About the Role
A fast-growing supermarket in Lagos, with multiple branches across the state, is seeking a proactive and highly driven Business Developer to manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in e-commerce, customer engagement, order fulfillment, and digital product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process online customer orders promptly, ensuring quick fulfillment and seamless service delivery
- Work closely with the Content Creator to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic to the website and online platforms
- Ensure that all products are properly listed and optimized across digital channels
- Manage online customer orders and oversee timely fulfillment while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate on digital initiatives to increase website traffic and improve product visibility
Required Qualifications
- Minimum B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience working with reputable e-commerce or online retail companies in Nigeria
- Proven experience in business development, e-commerce operations, online sales, or digital marketing within a retail or FMCG environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage online customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Strong knowledge of product listing processes, online merchandising techniques, and customer conversion strategies
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with content and marketing teams
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and customer engagement
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, social media platforms, and online sales tools
