About the Role

We are seeking a commercially savvy Business and Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and market positioning across our creative and media projects. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who blends analytical thinking with execution excellence.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and turn insights into profitable action across sales, marketing, and operations. You will spot opportunities early, build winning growth models, and lead execution that moves the business from potential to performance. This role demands clarity, speed, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support business growth strategies
  • Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Track performance metrics and provide strategic insights
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align content with commercial goals
  • Drive aggressive growth targets through market expansion, partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in strategy, business development, or growth roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in media, creative, or digital industries is an advantage
