Job Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting the effective use of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and translate them into functional system requirements
• Provide first-level support to ERP users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues or escalation to the technical team
• Monitor system usage and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Document business requirements, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in testing system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules to ensure proper functionality
• Respond to user queries and troubleshoot ERP-related issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the IT team and external vendors to resolve escalated issues
• Conduct end-user training and orientation sessions to enhance ERP adoption and usage
• Support the implementation of system changes with clear communication and user engagement
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all business functions using the ERP system
• Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making
• Identify recurring system issues and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence
• Monitor compliance with internal control and data security procedures

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with process owners to review workflows and recommend automation opportunities
• Support the implementation of new business solutions and system enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
