Position Overview:
- The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with management, IT, and operations teams to implement solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategy
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with documentation tools (BRD, FRD, process maps).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is an advantage
