Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise building construction projects and structural works

• Coordinate contractors, artisans, and project teams for timely project delivery

Required Qualifications

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (M.Sc. is an advantage)
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., COREN, CORBON) required or in progress
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building engineering design, site management, and facility maintenance
• Proven ability to interpret complex structural designs and manage large-scale construction activities
