  • Lead and supervise building construction projects
  • and structural works.
  • Prepare technical drawings, structural details, and construction documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and engineering specifications.
  • Coordinate contractors, artisans, and project teams for timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Building Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field: M.Sc. is an advantage.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (eg, COREN, CORBON) is required or in view.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in building engineering design, site management, and facility maintenance.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex structural designs and manage large-scale construction activities.
