Builder (Construction Supervisor) at Xpedient Expatriate Services

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the Program of Work, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall site supervision across all trades and disciplines
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site resources to achieve project milestones
• Monitor construction progress against schedules and budgets, escalating issues early
• Enforce quality control and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate site records and provide daily and weekly supervision reports
• Identify and resolve challenges that could impact timelines, costs, or quality
• Support engineers and management in ensuring effective project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Building or a related discipline from a reputable university
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in general site supervision of building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and compliance practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects to schedule

N500,000 - N800,000 per month
