Job Summary
The Brokers Sales Executive nurtures leads through the sales funnel using customer service and marketing functions, from initial portal entry through purchase and repeat purchases. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring effective lead handling, and successfully closing transactions while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and retain brokers and clients through offline marketing initiatives
- Follow up aggressively with all leads referred by brokers to ensure successful closure
- Handle both B2B and B2C leads assigned, following established procedures and ensuring successful transaction completion
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
- Resolve client issues by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and explaining solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
- Acquire brokers through referral methods from existing and potential clients
- Cross-market company products to existing and potential clients as opportunities arise
- Source optimal leads and identify customers for business development
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage, support, and communicate with clients throughout the sales process
- Communicate all issues encountered during processing and client feedback to the Head Brokers Administrator for swift resolution
- Reach clients using various methods including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and face-to-face contact
Work Requirements
- Follow up with all leads transferred according to set policies and procedures
- Work through all transaction stages in compliance with company procedures
- Ensure all transactions are successfully consummated
