Job Summary
The Brokers Sales Executive uses customer service and marketing functions to nurture leads through the sales funnel, from lead acquisition through purchase and repeat purchases. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting transactions, and ensuring successful deal closure through organized follow-up and effective communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire and retain brokers and clients through offline marketing initiatives
- Conduct aggressive follow-up with all leads referred by brokers to ensure successful closure
- Manage both B2B and B2C leads, following established procedures to successfully consummate transactions
- Handle client inquiries across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media
- Resolve client issues by clarifying complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
- Acquire brokers through referral methods from existing and potential clients
- Cross-market products to existing and potential clients as opportunities arise
- Source optimal leads and refer customers to do business with the company
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage, support, and communicate with clients throughout the transaction process
- Communicate issues encountered during the processing stage and client feedback to the Head Brokers Administrator for swift resolution
Key Requirements
- Follow up with all leads transferred according to set policies and procedures
- Ensure all transactions are successfully consummated
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients and brokers
- Work collaboratively with the Brokers Administration team to resolve issues
