About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Operations Manager with at least 3 years of proven expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Production Operations
- Manage daily front and back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, shift organization, and performance evaluation
- Oversee the entire business operations, ensuring lean operations are maintained
- Provide hands-on experience in kitchen management
- Maintain knowledge of recipe documentation
- Lead products research and development initiatives
Customer Service
- Manage customer satisfaction through right product delivery, on-time delivery, in the right quantity, to the right location, with competitive and cost-saving delivery options
- Liaise with sales team members on customer orders, interfacing between clients and the company
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships between the organization, existing, and potential customers
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for the online store
- Create and execute strategies for increased sales, including cross-selling and upselling of all products and services, both in-house and online
- Handle online orders and deliveries through e-commerce platforms
E-commerce Integration
- Manage online orders, order status updates, processed order tags, and delivery logistics through e-commerce platforms
- Oversee all related e-commerce operations
Staff Management
- Train, motivate, and manage production staff
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
Inventory and Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and manage costs
- Handle procurement of supplies as needed
Quality Control
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Ensure overall restaurant operations meet quality benchmarks
