Brand Marketing & Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to strengthen the restaurant's market position
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, in-restaurant promotions)
• Manage the restaurant's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and online review sites
• Create engaging content for social media and manage social media advertising campaigns
• Write publicity content such as press releases, newsletters, speeches, website copy, and leaflets
• Write and distribute press releases and other media communications
• Record media coverage and measure the impact of publicity campaigns on audience engagement
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the restaurant's brand identity and messaging
• Coordinate and host events, tastings, and visits to generate positive publicity
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints across digital platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• At least two to five years of work experience in marketing or communications
