Brand Manager - Hair Care Brand

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team and lead the growth and development of our hair care brand across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand's image, identity, and messaging across all touchpoints
• Drive sales growth and revenue through effective brand strategies
• Manage and optimize brand presence across different territories and regions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse sales channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, salons, and online platforms to enhance brand visibility and ensure seamless product accessibility
• Collaborate with brand owners and stakeholders to align brand strategies and objectives
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives

Required Qualifications

• HND or BSc degree
• At least 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing

• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Commercial awareness and computer proficiency
