## Title: Brand Manager

Contract Details

Three-month fixed-term contract

Job Summary

The Brand Manager builds marketing strategic plans in collaboration with the Marketing Lead and other departments, working with external providers to develop and execute local brand strategy in alignment with global best practices and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Brand Plans for assigned brands in line with company guidelines
  • Manage budgets on a regular basis, ensuring optimal allocation of ATL and BTL expenditures with full budget control
  • Lead the development, implementation, and control of 360-degree brand engagement activities based on positioning and brand platform through close collaboration with communication, trade marketing, and sales departments
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluation and provide feedback
  • Support the Brand Activation Calendar and ensure excellent execution; deliver bi-monthly presentation updates to commercial, communication, and trade marketing teams
  • Drive Event, PR, and Brand Image Building Activities from idea generation and brief development through launch; coordinate closely with the Communication department and third-party suppliers and agencies
  • Develop detailed new product launch plans including Event and PR strategies, on-trade and off-trade activations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Brand Manager
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management
  • Good understanding and experience with Commercial and Trade Marketing
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environments
  • Digital proficiency and creative thinking

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with multi-dimensional tools (ESSBASE, EOS, Microsoft database platforms)
  • French language (advantageous)
