We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: The Brand Ambassador represents DKT Nigeria in the field, promoting its products and brand image through direct customer engagement. The role focuses on driving product awareness, visibility, and adoption across target outlets, building strong stakeholder relationships, educating consumers on product benefits, and supporting sales activation and demand generation initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Brand Promotion & Product Awareness
  • Actively promote DKT Nigeria products through direct interaction with customers in assigned locations.
  • Educate consumers on product benefits, usage, and availability through demonstrations and field education activities.
  • Represent the brand professionally at activations, campaigns, exhibitions, and community events.
  • Distribute promotional materials and ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging.
Sales Support & Activation
  • Support the sales team in generating product demand and influencing customer purchase decisions.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, roadshows, and consumer activation programs.
  • Encourage customer trials, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty through effective engagement.
  • Ensure optimal product visibility by properly placing promotional materials at retail outlets.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Collect and report customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to supervisors for action.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and activities within assigned territories.
  • Maintain daily or weekly activity reports, including locations visited, customer engagement metrics, and outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales activation strategies and future campaigns.
Required Qualifications: & Skills
  • Minimum of a post-secondary certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or brand activation roles is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field-based environments.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behaviour is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools or basic IT applications is preferred.

  • Weekly customer engagements and product demonstrations with consistent and accurate brand.
