Branch Supervisor - Soteria Eye Clinic, Lagos

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:

• The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing staff performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to uphold M&H Eyewear’s brand standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations

• Supervise daily branch activities to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

• Monitor opening and closing procedures and overall branch security

• Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales performance and ensure branch sales targets are met

• Ensure high-quality customer experience and service delivery

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Support promotions, sales campaigns, and product displays

Staff Supervision & Performance

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate branch staff duties

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and conduct

• Train and coach staff on product knowledge and customer service

• Conduct basic performance reviews and report issues to management

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports

• Track expenses and support cash handling controls

• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping

• Liaise with Head Office on staffing, inventory, and operational matters

Requirements: & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• 2 – 4years experience in retail supervision or branch management (eyewear, pharmacy, fashion, or healthcare retail is an advantage)

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
