We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented, and proactive Branch Sales Manager (BSM) to lead and drive commercial performance at the branch level.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, managing customer relationships, developing market opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with company objectives.
- Oversee branch sales operations to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure sustained patronage and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while reactivating dormant accounts.
- Drive debt recovery initiatives and ensure proper documentation of all collections.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the branch sales team to enhance performance and accountability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Representing the company in local engagements, promoting brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline with 5 – 8 years relevant post-NYSC experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role with a proven track record in sales, business development, and customer service will be an added advantage.
- A master’s degree (MBA/Marketing/Engineering) will be an added advantage.
- Ages 30–40 years, with readiness to work in any part of Nigeria.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications and possess a valid driver’s license.
