About the Role
Owens and Xley is seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day branch operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards across the branch
- Manage branch staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to minimize wastage
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Prepare operational reports and submit regular performance updates to management
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, resolving operational issues promptly
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years' experience in hospitality operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, cost control, and service standards
