About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead our branch operations in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Prepare and present performance and sales reports to management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation
• Liaise with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure continuous staff development
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 10–15 years proven experience in a managerial role within a supermarket, retail chain, or FMCG environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
• Ability to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
