About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our hotel and apartments operation. This is an opportunity to manage all aspects of the property while building and motivating a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations to ensure employees meet performance standards and remain motivated
• Develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, track expenses, and set room rates
• Approve expenditures and maintain financial accountability
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by registering guests, addressing complaints, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates
• Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Oversee maintenance and ensure the property is clean and well-maintained
• Oversee and coordinate activities across departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations
