## Title: Bookkeeper

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic asset management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance and financial accuracy across the firm's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (expenses, income, bank statements, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial documentation
  • Prepare and issue invoices, monitor payments, and manage client accounts
  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Assist in payroll processing, tax remittance, and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in an asset management, investment, or financial services firm is an advantage

Compensation

N200,000 monthly
