Position Overview

Ascentech Services Limited, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Bonding Machine Operator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will operate bonding machines efficiently to produce high-quality foam materials while ensuring safety and consistency in production.

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bonding machines for foam sheet lamination and joining
• Set up machines and adjust temperature, pressure, and speed settings
• Inspect bonded materials for strength, quality, and uniformity
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure smooth machine operation
• Keep accurate records of production output and report any defects or downtime
• Adhere to all safety and quality control standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a bonding or laminating machine operator (preferably in foam or plastics)
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing operations (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
