## Title: Billing and Customer Relations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Support billing operations through accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies across multiple systems
- Generate and present insightful reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless billing
- Maintain detailed documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes
- Assist in improving billing workflows and enhancing overall process efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis or billing operations
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large data sets accurately
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with billing systems, invoicing, and transaction logs
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Oracle database knowledge (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
