A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualised and small-group interventions aligned with support plans
  • Contribute to IEPs and structured learning programmes
  • Track progress and prepare clear, professional reports
  • Collaborate with Inclusion Unit staff and school leadership
  • Support learners’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and inclusive practice at all times
Parent meetings are minimal and scheduled only when necessary. Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Special Education, Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional registration and/or recognised certifications (or strong qualifications + experience)
  • Experience working with learners with additional needs (school-based or clinic/therapy experience accepted)
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Comfort working within a values-driven school culture and commitment to excellence
