About the Role

The Beauty Advisor will support customers with skincare and beauty product recommendations, maintain attractive and well-stocked displays, drive product sales, and ensure an excellent and personalized shopping experience.

Locations

• Chevron Lekki, Lagos
• OPIC, Lagos and Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide tailored recommendations on skincare and beauty products
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to improve customer understanding and satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
• Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Stay updated on new product arrivals and beauty care trends
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance

Requirements

• Minimum HND or B.Sc. in a science-related discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or similar)
• Must have completed NYSC
• Basic knowledge of skincare routines or beauty products is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance, confidence, and a customer-friendly attitude
• Must reside in or near one of the following areas:
  • For OPIC branch: OPIC, Berger, Arepo, Magboro and environs
  • For Chevron branch: Chevron, Ikota, Lekki, Ajah and environs
• Available for immediate resumption
• Experience not required; training will be provided

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₦150,000 - ₦180,000
