We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of bar counter, equipment, and storage areas
- Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible service policies
- Upsell premium beverages and promotions
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and requisitions
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs
- Support special events, banquets, and promotions
- Beverage and cocktail knowledge
- Customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Time management and multitasking
- Responsible alcohol service awareness
