About the Role

A reputable hospitality business in Surulere is looking for a neat, energetic, and service-focused Barman/Lady to join the team. The ideal candidate will mix and serve drinks, attend to customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Welcome and attend to customers politely
• Take and process drink orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Handle payments and balance sales records
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for replenishment
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support general lounge/restaurant service when needed

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be friendly, honest, and well-presented
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience
• Basic knowledge of drink mixing (cocktails, mocktails)
