## Title: Bank Lounge Assistant

Job Summary

The Lounge Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients visiting the business lounge. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The role requires a polished, courteous, and service-driven professional who will ensure a seamless, comfortable, and personalized experience for every guest. The individual will support both hospitality and basic administrative functions to maintain the ambience and efficiency of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

Client Reception & Hospitality

  • Welcome HNWI clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Offer refreshments and ensure clients are comfortably seated
  • Provide personalized attention based on known preferences or client profiles

Client Support

  • Assist clients with basic inquiries or direct them to appropriate relationship managers
  • Ensure seamless handovers or referral to the relevant bank personnel
  • Help manage the lounge appointment schedule if applicable

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Uphold strict client confidentiality in all interactions and transactions
  • Maintain a polished, calm, and service-oriented demeanor at all times

Administrative Duties

  • Keep simple logs of client visits or feedback as directed
  • Support event set-ups for client meetings, mini sessions, or private consultations
  • Provide basic clerical support if required (e.g., printing documents, receiving packages)

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between the lounge, branch operations, and relationship teams
  • Promptly escalate any client complaints or operational issues
  • Maintain a high standard of communication (spoken and written)

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure safety protocols are observed within the lounge
  • Report suspicious behavior or security concerns in line with bank policy

Customer Experience Management

  • Track and record customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Suggest enhancements to lounge operations and client services
