About the Role

As a Bakery Assistant, you will support the baker and help ensure daily production runs smoothly. You'll be an integral part of our bakery team, contributing to the quality and consistency of our baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mixing, kneading, and baking dough
• Package and label baked goods properly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area
• Help manage ingredients and restock supplies
• Assist customers and handle counter sales when required
• Follow recipes and instructions carefully

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
• Hardworking, neat, and punctual
• Willingness to learn baking processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior bakery or kitchen experience is an advantage
• Must reside within or around Isale Ake or nearby areas in Abeokuta
