Location: IDU / Karimo / Citec / Life Camp Axis, Abuja Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker to support daily production of cakes, breads, and baked goods. The ideal candidate must be experienced in baking and decorating cakes using whipped cream, buttercream, and fondant, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Bake cakes, breads, and other pastries according to Ocakesions standards

• Decorate cakes using whipped cream, buttercream, and fondant

• Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portion size

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen

• Support preparation for daily orders and special/custom orders

• Manage ingredients and report low stock to management

• Work collaboratively with other production staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker or cake decorator

• Strong skills in cake decoration and finishing

• Ability to work early hours and meet production timelines

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Residence within IDU, Karimo, Citec, or Life Camp axis (mandatory)
