Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to build, maintain, and optimize the server-side logic and databases that power our applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in backend frameworks, API development, and systems architecture, with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and performance
• Design and implement database structures and queries
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product teams
• Integrate third-party services, tools, and payment gateways
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues
• Ensure applications follow best practices in security and architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong proficiency in backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar)
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud services, and version control (Git)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
