## Title: B2B Sales Executive - Industrial Chemicals

Overview

We are hiring experienced sales professionals to join our regional team. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within the industrial chemicals sector.

Candidates should have a strong background in B2B chemical sales, ideally within sectors such as FMCG, packaging, personal care, and industrial manufacturing. Prior experience at major distributors is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across industries
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, plant heads, etc.)
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and post-sale support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with logistics for smooth product deliveries and documentation
  • Maintain sales reports and pipelines using CRM and Excel tools

Candidate Requirements

  • 4–5 years of sales experience in industrial or specialty chemicals
  • Solid knowledge of products such as IPA, Toluene, Acetone, MPG, and related chemicals
  • Existing network within relevant sectors (FMCG, paints, adhesives, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
