Audit Executive at Hazon Holdings

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and helping to strengthen the organization's risk management and control framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements across various departments
• Review financial records, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Identify risks, weaknesses, and areas for process improvement
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and recommendations for management review
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support external audit processes as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant audit experience (internal or external)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification or progress towards certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA)
