Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Associate Sales Manager to support revenue growth across Huntaclay Media's media offerings and Good News Naija Podcast.
The ideal candidate will assist in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and closing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising deals. This role is perfect for someone who understands media sales, enjoys relationship-building, and is excited about storytelling, branded content, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies for podcast sponsorships, branded content, and media partnerships
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential brand partners, advertisers, and sponsors
- Assist in pitching media solutions tailored to client objectives
- Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client communication
- Collaborate with the content and production teams to align brand deliverables
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and post-campaign reports
- Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Represent Huntaclay Media and Good News Naija Podcast professionally in meetings and industry engagements
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, media sales, advertising, or partnerships
- Strong understanding of digital media, podcasts, content marketing, or influencer marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking (preferred)
