• PhD Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Senior Lecturer
• Minimum of ten (10) publication points, with at least six (6) from reputable journals
• Minimum of second class lower degree (in addition to postgraduate qualifications)
• Active membership in relevant professional bodies
• Computer literacy
