Associate Product Manager

About the Role

MyItura Health Limited seeks a dedicated Associate Product Manager to support the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple client projects. This role spans discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, iteration, and performance tracking.

This position is ideal for an early-career product professional comfortable working in a services environment and eager to build strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product discovery activities, including user research, client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis
• Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
• Support backlog creation, grooming, and prioritisation in collaboration with senior product and delivery leads
• Work closely with engineering and design teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Track product progress and performance against agreed milestones and success metrics
• Support testing, quality assurance, product releases, and handover to clients
• Prepare product documentation, demos, and internal or client-facing reports
• Ensure alignment between client objectives, delivery scope, and organizational internal standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline)
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or a related role
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging client stakeholders
• Ability to analyse problems, structure requirements, and think from a user- and value-driven perspective
